Linux Webserver Configuration: Nginx & Scripting

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to set up a Linux web server to host multiple PHP and Vue.js admin dashboards. The server's primary purpose will be to host these dashboards, and we have specific requirements to ensure smooth operation.
Project Requirements:
Local Domains: Configure the server to allow access to all admin dashboards through .local domains. Each dashboard should have a unique .local domain for easy access.
SSL Certificates: Generate and configure HTTPS SSL certificates for all .local domains. Security is a top priority, and SSL encryption is required.
Database Management: Handle large databases (approximately 600MB per database and growing) efficiently. Database performance optimization is crucial.
Resource Utilization: Configure the server to utilize all available hardware resources effectively. We want to ensure optimal performance for our applications.
Preinstalled Extensions: Install necessary extensions, such as libpdf, to support the functionality of the dashboards.
Ease of Management: Set up the server in a way that makes it easy for us to manage and maintain in the future. This includes providing documentation and guidance for basic server administration tasks.
Onboarding and Training: We expect the freelancer to provide a comprehensive onboarding process and training for our team. We want to understand how to manage the server effectively.
Additional Information:
We will provide access to the hardware and assist the freelancer remotely using tools like AnyDesk to facilitate the setup process.
The freelancer should be proficient in Linux server administration, web server configuration, SSL certificate management, and database optimization.
The project should be well-documented, including server setup instructions and best practices for maintenance.
