Linux VPN Server Administration

I need an experienced Linux based VPN server administrator. The primary purpose of the VPN server is ongoing operation and maintenance, so the ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in all things Linux server related. The scope of this project will include the provision of ad hoc administrative services when necessary. As such, a flexible schedule and strong problem-solving abilities are a must.
