Linux Systems Admin Wordpress Magento Support and Development

Would like to find the right person to take over typical maintenance, support and emergency services for a variety of clients when our primary support person is not available. This would be for an on going engagement with possible development or other opportunities if you prove capable.
This person must have good general Linux VPS hosting and administrative knowledge, be able to diagnose and correct typical system issues which can arise in our customized LAMP environment. Specific knowledge of Apache, PHP, Redis processes is critical with respect to performance, operation and diagnostics.
The candidate must also know the app environments of our primary clients which would be Wordpress and Magento 2. Specific background in development and / or administration is required. Since our environments are customized in various ways, they should also know PHP quite well, and be able to diagnose and suggest fixes for various typical web application problems that clients or customers might encounter.
Most problems that arise are not emergent, and we would be happy to have the candidate answer our customer support emails, and either fix or diagnose their problem. In the case of emergent, or site down issues where we have alarms or customers calling, we would expect the person to be able to rectify those problems within a reasonable amount of time, usual that day.
Other typical tasks might be monitoring performance or applying updates or receiving support requests, responding over email, or diagnosing / describing the issue for primary support staff to handle at a later time or proposing a solution (or a development task) they could handle on their own. We're open to the candidate having initiative of course.
