Linux Support for MJPG Streaming Server

Hello.

We need some help on deploying a MJPG network video streaming server from Stdin for Linux Debian.

We are interested on the below example to need modify it so it can accept MJPG file from Stdin.

We line to have the server command like below:

file.mjpeg | < server command ... http with IP and Port >

Streaming needs to support low latency and for Client side we like to monitor the Stream using VLC.

Please apply with relevant past experience.
