Linux Stun Server Configuration Specialist

Hi I'm looking for a seasoned freelancer who can install and configure a stun (turn and ice) server on a linux system.
It will be used with a webrtp webphone.
I must be able to perform relay (voip traffic goes thru this server).
It must be protected by credentials.
It will use a letsencrypt certificate.
You can use whatever server you prefer, as long as it runs on linux (debian / ubuntu).
Experience in setting up a similar configuration is highly desirable.
