Linux Server configuration for DNS service
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want to offer my clients the possibility of using a free subdomain for their web projects and I need to create:
1) Master dns server
2) DNS template
3) whois server
The project consists of creating my own domain service pretending to be a registrar.
I have the servers (Linux) to do it and the main domain that I will use, I just need the setup of the aforementioned points.
My clients should be able to change their own nameservers on my dns server to connect to the created subdomain. Example:
ns1.clienthosting.com
ns2.clienthosting.com
For this reason, the DNS template is important as I want my clients to be able to connect the new subdomains created using the nameservers service (NS) and not an “A” record. As I mentioned before, I must pretend to be a registrar.
