Linux Server Setup and Website Migration

I need a Linux Server expert to help me with a few tasks.

Tasks:
- Install Rocky Linux 9.x on my Linode server.
- Migrate 1-5 websites from cPanel to SPanel.
- Handle custom plugins or modules and databases during the migration process.
