Linux Server Automation Expert Needed

looking for a linux dev to make some scripts, example at a set time every day i want my custom commands ran to shut down the server at a set time, i then after restart at set time, i want two commands ran to start the server up, I seen someone to spend 10 or 15 mins with me, to show them, if the do sevrer one well i have other servers needing this scripts so i dont have to do it manually every day, on windows they call it a bat files, im not sure what it called with linux, thanks
