Linux Redmine (+ possibly gitea) Migration + setup disc backup of specific folders

I have a redmine that has been restored in PLESK

I now need to get it up running.

I have restored

1. all redmine and gitea folders I could find on the server
2. restored the PLESK domains after it

Your job:
1. make redmine run with the restored data from the old server and make it AUTO START if I reboot the server
2. make gite run with the restored data from the old server and make it AUTO START if I reboot the server
3. tell me exact folder paths that holds gitea and redmine. Tell me if there is db I must dump at every backup.
OPTIONAL:
4. advice and potentially install a good disk image program. I know clonezilla is one of the best. If so then configure it and schedule it
