Linux Network Administrator

Looking for a Linux Network Administrator to solve an issue of two servers unable to see connect to each other

I have two physical servers running VMs that backup between each other
The Backup VM within Server 1 connect take to Server 2 without issue
The Backup VM within Server 2 can't connect to Server 1

Server 1 - 192.168.10.1
Server 2 - 192.168.10.2
Server 1 Backup - 192.168.10.10
Server 2 Backup - 192.168.10.11

The issue is with 192.168.10.11 connecting to 192.168.10.1

The following connections work
192.168.10.1 > 192.168.10.2
192.168.10.10 > 192.168.10.11
192.168.10.10 > 192.168.10.2
