Linux Help (Rush) - Update Composer

I am a front end developer with minor back end skills. I am trying to update Composer and my Stripe library in a project on my Ubuntu 20.04 and getting the errors in the screenshot below. I need a good system administrator to assist me remotely by teamviewer. It should take an experienced person about 15-20 minutes. Here is the screenshot:
