Linux File Manager with Remote Access

I need a file manager application for my Linux PC. This application should allow me to access, synchronize and transfer files between my working PC and the 1st & 2nd drives on my home PC, which is also running Ubuntu.

Key features:
- Remote access to home PC drives
- File transfer between drives
- Synchronization

The developer can use open source code and open source applications available for project.

The application should use OAuth for authentication to ensure secure remote access. I use sometimes ngrok

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Excellent skills in software development and programming
- Prior experience in developing file manager applications
- Deep understanding of Linux and Ubuntu systems
