Linux Expert Required to create/setup webserver on Centos

I am looking for Linux Expert Required to create/setup web server on Centos7. We would like to host our websites on raw server without any cpanel.
Create/Register Name Server so we can use that for all other websites in stead of pointing out IPs.
Setup server to use multiple mysql and php version and install mysql 5.7 and 8 and php 7.4 and above
Setup website create mysql/phpmyadmin
Optimise server for best performance to manage maximum traffic using nginx or other caching tools.We have 14 core CPU with 20G RAM server.
Tune my.cnf settings and other php/fpm/nginx/apache settings for best performance.
Share setups to setup more websites wit proper documentation.
Our goal is to get around 2000 concurrent hits.
