Linux Expert Needed

I have one PHP script that is detecting notify events I mean whenever a new file is created on the server notify trigger event. so I want a daemon script that will run in the background of the server to check if there is any event from Inoitfy then run that script file that I have created. so the daemon script should run on server reboot as well
