Linux Developer for Rasberry Pi

Hello! We want to develop a Linux based dedicated OS for Pi that Auto Launches on switching the power on displaying our logo. We need a screen touch keyboard to enter data. We need an Admin mode login for institution, individual user data entry. Fetch noise free large quantity data from electronic biological sensors and Forward the entire data to a pre-set URL. Develop a simple and efficient UI based on the reference provided. We need a NDA to be signed before we can provide further information. Thank you.
