Linux and Cpanel Expert Required

I am looking for an expert Linux and Cpanel freelancer to help me with server setup and configuration for best performance and maximum concurrent users. We have 14 core server with 24GB Ram.

Centos 7 is installed on Virtu mode

Tasks:
- Setup and configuration of the server
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of the server
- Custom development and scripting as required
- My.cnf settings should be done along with other settings for best php performance and mysql performance
- Install Mariadb 10.4.29 and multi-php 7.4 to 8.10

I require ongoing support after the initial setup and prefer regular maintenance from an expert freelancer.
