Linux Beaglebone Black

I am looking for a teacher, someone knowledgeable in building Linux application for embedded systems. I am quite weak when it comes to Linux and embedded systems, for starters I need someone who can teach me the following:
• Setup QT cross compile (Host: Ubuntu PC, Target: Debian Beaglebone Black).
• Install all the dependencies and libraries required to compile the qt project in Host machine(i.e Ubuntu PC) and deploy on Target machine(i.e Debian Beaglebone black).
• Install qtserialport library on both machines and make sure it runs without errors.
• Run an example project and deploy to make sure the cross compile is working.
