Linux-Pi Auto-sync via Python & Wi-Fi

As a software enthusiast, I seek a Python developer who can cleverly write a script. This script will run on a Raspberry Pi and automatically copy a specific folder from my Windows PC to the Pi whenever it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The copy of the folder named with the date and time is copied Using an SSH connection.
