Libreswan IKEv2 VPN Setup on Rocky Linux

I'm in need of a Linux networking expert to resolve a VPN routing issue on my Rocky Linux server. The project involves configuring Libreswan IKEv2 Road Warrior VPN using PSK and assigning client IPs within the 100.64.200.100–200 range.
Key Requirements:
- VPN clients should be able to access both services on my local Docker network (10.10.0.0/16) and the internet.
- Implementation of a robust, reliable solution.
Access and Setup:
- You'll be given root access to the server for the setup.
- Docker and the local network are already configured.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Linux systems, particularly Rocky Linux.
