LDAP - Univention issue

We have 5 Domain Controllers, but the PDC was on a server that died. We ran backup2master script but didnt seem to work. Replication isnt working, and cant get into the new Master/PDC via webadmin/udm.
Getting 401 unauthorized error. You can engage the environment via TeamViewer.
