LAN Troubleshooting Specialist

I am looking for someone who can troubleshoot my connection issues.
Details:
I have two laptops
Laptop A: Windows OS, running Kali Linux on VMWARE
Laptop B: Ubuntu installed

Issues:
Both laptops are connected to same wifi.
but I am unable to ping both laptops to eachother.
So, the task is to ping all three systems ping each other!
windows, ubuntu and Kali(vmware) all must be able to ping each other!
In bid provide a roadmap and you understanding about the issue so that I can point out the expert one!
