LAMP expert who has rich experience for .htaccess

If you are an experienced Apache expert, please read following. I enabled the Server Basic Authentication using .htaccess file. I've added the .htaccess file here.
Now the http basic authentication works well for all urls. But I need to disable it for specific urls. For example, /webhook/* (https://mydomain/webhook/cozeni, https://mydomain/webhook/authorizenet).
That makes sense? If you could solve the technical problem, it will be helpful.
