Kamailio Edge Proxy Setup on Azure

I need an experienced system administrator to configure Kamailio as an edge proxy on two Azure VMs in an Active/Passive setup.

Requirements:
- Use a shared MySQL database for routing to SIP backend registration servers, with zero-downtime failover.
- Create a fully functional `kamailio.cfg` utilizing MySQL for routing.
- Implement Active/Passive failover.
- Point both nodes to a single Azure MySQL instance and validate replication during failover.

Deliverables:
- Two Azure VMs running Kamailio.
- A complete `kamailio.cfg` with MySQL integration.
- HA configurations for Active/Passive failover.
