JasperReports Server scaling

As our business relies heavily on the JasperReports Server for reporting purposes, we need a freelancer to assist us in scaling the system in order to improve its performance. At the current usage level, medium, we require help specifically with load balancing to make sure that traffic and load times are at their optimal level. The main goal of scaling our JasperReports Server is to improve the performance, such that it is able to handle increased traffic without causing an inconvenience to our customers. We're looking for someone capable of understanding our current setup, working out what needs to be done to reach our goal, and actually implementing these changes to achieving successful scaling.
