Installing and reconfiguring kannel / data base postgres sql sms -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with installing and reconfiguring Kannel and the database Postgres SQL for SMS messaging.
Current Status:
- The Kannel installation is already done but it is only partially configured.
Specific Configurations:
- I have a general idea of the configurations I need for my Kannel installation.
SMS Volume:
- I anticipate sending more than 500 SMS messages per day.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Kannel installation and configuration
- Knowledge of Postgres SQL and database management
- Familiarity with SMS messaging systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
