Installing Icecast on a new virtual Linux server
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’d like to switch my current Shoutcast audio streams to Icecast.
I have no experience with audio streaming via Icecast and looking for someone to install this on a new virtual Linux server including creating 10 streams. Thus, the current Shoutcast streams should be going to Icecast. Icecast has some very easy install instructions, but I just want help on this.
The project entails the following:
A. Installing Icecast on a new virtual Linux server at Strato Germany.
B. Setting up the server itself (including correct security measures) for the server.
C. Creating 10 streams which replace my current Shoutcast streams. Having the new credentials per stream, I will then send the new stream towards the (by you) new created streams.
D. The streams should be available via (among others) https and port 80 / 8080 to increase listeners behind firewalls to listen to my streams.
