Install rukovoditel PHP based app on Virtual Server

I am looking for a freelancer who can install the rukovoditel PHP based app on my Linux virtual server.

Server Requirements:
- The necessary server requirements need to be installed
- As I am not aware of the server requirements, I would need the freelancer to determine and install them

Database Preference:
- I prefer using MySQL as the database for the rukovoditel app

Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in installing PHP based apps on Linux servers
- Familiarity with server requirements and the ability to determine and install them
- Proficiency in working with MySQL databases

NOTES:
1) You must recommend the cheapest server for us.
2) The server should be able to host this application and also our website (We might ask you to design the site in another project)
3) Configure a UAT version for the same app for testing purpose.
