Install raspberry pi 4 connect to though socks5 and broadcast to router.

I need someone install raspberry pi 4 connect to though socks5 and broadcast to router.
The purpose is to share the sock5 connection over wifi, when someone connects to the wifi, it will default to the connection from socks5.
The information after being checked from browserleaks.com/ip is shown as shown in the image below:
Connect throug socks5
1 = 3 = Show. (i.e. IP address socks5 = Public IP address (WebRTC) )
2 = Show (Display Local IP address information.)
4 = ( 1 ISP, 1 Location = DNS ISP SOCK5, Location = City Socks5)
