Install a copy of my website currently live into my local pc for staging edits.

Hi, I am doing some testing fixes on our live website and need a copy of my website on my local server, it would need to be functional to the point where I can change the UI and see the updates online via IP is enough, don't need a domain to see the changes. The website is on DigitalOcean, ubuntu droplet, I have ssh access and ftp access only. and on my local you can have access ssh and anydesk.
