Install + configure Oracle Apex on Linux + Windows client

I am looking for a freelancer who can install and configure Oracle Apex on both Linux and Windows clients. Here are the project requirements:

Operating System:
- The installation and configuration will be done on Linux.

Oracle Apex Version:
- I want the latest version of Oracle Apex to be installed.

Customizations:
- No additional features or customizations are required. The default settings are fine.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in installing and configuring Oracle Apex on Linux and Windows.
