Install YaRSS on Web UI Deluge without installing GUI

Hello, I'm looking for someone who can set up YaRSS feeds plugin on deluge on my CLI Server WITHOUT installing a GUI. I currently have websites hosted on the same server and cannot risk installing GUI or any additional packages to do this. I have read online that you can use the config file but I'm not too sure on how to myself.

Must have experience with:
Ubuntu 20.04
YaRSS Plugin
Deluge
SSH
Linux
