Install a Website Build on Docker in DigitalOcean Droplet

I have a website build on Docker to be installed in DigitalOcean Droplet.
The winner of this project need to do the following:
1. Install the website in DigitalOcean Droplet.
2. Link the droplet with a sub-domain I have in GoDaddy and Bluehost.
3. Customize some pages in the website.
The winner need to have capability in HTML, PHP, JSON, Docker, and DigitalOcean.
