Install RTL8811CU WiFi Dongle Driver on Ubuntu

I need assistance with getting my RealTek Dual Band wifi dongle (model RTL8811CU) up and running on my existing Ubuntu Jellyfish system.
- Issue: I have already attempted to install the necessary drivers but was unsuccessful.

The Wifi dongle had same problem when I installed in Ubuntu 20.04. Then a freelancer fixed it. Now I recently updated Ubuntu to Jellyfish, and again same problem came.
