Install Qubes OS on a Thinkpad then post it to me UK

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with the following project:

Install Qubes OS on my Thinkpad x230 and ship it to me in the UK

Requirements:

- Experience with installing Qubes OS on Thinkpad laptops
- Knowledge of the Thinkpad x230 model
- Ability to download and boot from a USB
- Familiarity with shipping to the UK

Additional Information:

- Install with no root sccess/root user
- No additional software or drivers need to be installed on the Thinkpad
