The requirements are:
1) Install and setup PowerMTA
2) Setup SPF and DKIM (provide the values, we will create DNS records)
3) Create domain specific rules - up to 5 rules
4) Create 3 SMTP users - 3 users may have different connection rules
5) Allow connections to PowerMTA from only specific IPs
6) Secure Setup
7) IP Rotate
