Install OpenERM with all default features enabled in brand new Linode instance for demo

Final deliverable should work just like the demos. You tell us what Linode instance do yo require, and we setup any third party accounts you require to set up the project with email notifications and everything working. We provide the domain too.

You should create initial account setup for all available roles and provide access credentials for each user.
