Install NGINX with QUIC support on server with old FreeBSD

I have a server with an old version of FreeBSD (FreeBSD 11). For a number of reasons, I am not able to upgrade the system to a more current version of FreeBSD.
What I need is for the QUIC version of NGINX ( https://quic.nginx.org/) to be installed on this server. You will not be able to use the FreeBSD repository to install.
I will provide the server and SSH access.
I will pay up to $30 for this.
