Install Mailcow on virtual machine and connect to domain

Need someone with experience setting up mailcow to boot up a VM for me, install mailcow, and set up all DNS records.

For the VM I'm thinking of working with DigitalOcean, but open to hearing different suggestions if you have any.

Please use the word "cowtastic" in your proposal so I know you have experience with the right tools.
