Install Crossover Legacy on Zorin
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m running Zorin OS and I need Office 2016 up and working through a legacy build of CodeWeavers Crossover that I already have on hand. The Office 2016 installers are also ready to go.
Your task is to:
• Cleanly install this specific, older Crossover release on my current Zorin system without breaking existing packages.
• Configure the correct Windows bottle, apply any tweaks or winetricks required, and complete the Office 2016 setup so every application in the suite launches, activates and updates normally.
• Provide a brief, step-by-step text summary of what you did so I can replicate the process later if I reinstall.
I’ve successfully installed Crossover on Zorin before, so you’ll be working on a familiar environment; I just need expert help pinning down this particular legacy version and ensuring Office 2016 is fully stable.
