Install and Configure Socks 5 Proxy on Linux VPS Server for use with Telegram

I require a linux network admin to install a Socks5 proxy on a blank Linux operating system such as Centos or Ubuntu. You must have experience of setting these up for Telegram usage. The configuration needs to be done in a way such that the calling functionality of Telegram in particular must work with the Sock5 proxy. Knowledge of how Telegram attempts to connects calls whilst using a sock5 proxy is essential.
