Ingress on kubernet cannot open ports

We have a docker containers, with rancher k8 cluster, running on dedicated servers (linux). Several websites are running on the system (apache and nginx). After a restart of one of our servers, a system update has occurred, and since then, everything works well on local, but our websites are out of reach from the internet. Then, we can't renew our ssl certificates. Ingress seems unable to open the ports 80 and 443. The scope is to fix this and make the websites available from the Internet again.
