Independent 3CX QA / Verification Specialist (No Configuration Changes)

**Job Description**
We are seeking a 3CX/VoIP specialist for an independent quality assurance (QA) review of the BG Online School Management Software communication system. This role is solely for testing and validation – no implementation or reconfiguration. The freelancer must sign a QA NDA before access is granted.

**Role Definition**
- Independent QA/verification only
- No redesign or configuration changes without approval
- Temporary access for testing purposes only
- System configuration is frozen during the review

**System Overview**

- **Inbound Numbers:**

- **Use Case:** Educational SaaS communication

**Scope of Review**
Verify the following without modification:
- Callcentric Configuration (DID routing, inbound logs)
- 3CX SIP Trunk (registration, inbound SIP logs)
- Inbound Call Flow (business hours vs after-hours)
- IVR & Department Routing
- Voicemail Handling (routing, prompts, and recordings)
- Audio Standards (WAV compliance, clear playback)

**Deliverable**
A brief assessment covering:
- What works correctly
- Any issues or risks identified
- Recommended adjustments (if applicable)
-QA = Report Only

**Objective**
Ensure the BG Online communication system is reliable, professional, secure, and production-ready for schools.

**Time & Access**
-QA access is limited to a maximum of 48 hours.
-No credential retention after the review.
-No license transfer required or authorized.
- Expected effort: 4–8 hours
- Temporary access, no ongoing access after the review
