Increase PHP Size limit on Godaddy Linux Server

We need a linux IT/ PHP expert to increae our PHP memory from 512K to utilize the 2 GB RAM we have on our server ( shared go Daddy Business)
or PHP setting, there is max setting is 512 MB. You need to contact Godaddy to allow to incrasese php memory to 1 GB or more.

To increase PHP memory limit follow these steps.
Login to godaddy cpanel -> open up file manager, go to root of the directory.
Create a new file here named php5.ini, if you already have php5.ini edit the file. ...
Save the file and close it.
If you open php info file, your changes won't take effect.
Since we cant do the increase on the cpanel
