4K Image and video capture on RV1126

I need embedded linux freelancer who experienced on rockchip RV1126 platform. I have RV1126 som module, carrier board and IMX415 camera module setup ready.
Eval kits are purchased from firefly.

1. Hardware setup is RV1126, Imx415 camera module
2. Image capture at HD, full hd and 4k resolution in Jpeg and raw image format
3. Video capture in 4k30fps, full hd60fps and hd 120fps resolution with h.265 and h.264 resolution.
4. Documentation of source code.
