IPV6 Proxy Creation Script Setup

I need a script for creating IPV6 proxies
authentication by username & password
compatible across VPS of the same OS (and given the service providers authorization)

Key requirements:
- required port for IPV6 open so I can use the proxies generated

- Script must be universal and compatible with various vps services of same OS (if it's possible)
- Choose budget friendly VPS service because I need VPS(s) of different locations
- Create as most IPV6 proxies as possible
- Keep as most IPV6 proxies online as possible so if some go offline I can replace
- able to download details of created proxies
- Security of the proxies & server
- Guide on how to run the script on other vps in the future

Ideal skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Extensive experience with Linux server management.
- Familiarity with KVM VPS.
- Prior experience in creating proxy scripts will be a plus.
