We are experiencing Issue with our Hetzner Server. Sometimes cpanel opens and slow down and 2mins later it goes down. And we get the attached meesage

We called Support and they said everything is ok with our server. We cannot access Server or either cpanel or our webmail. Full backup is on the cpanel .
