Help with getting Squid on 2019 Server in Azure Configured to accept Remote host connections to it.

Have Squid Setup on my Win2019 Server in Azure. It works with local ip clients, I want remote clients to be able to use it using HTTPS. Port 443 as their proxy server.

I want to do it now, and I don't want anyone who is going to be guessing. Fix pay $100
