Help with Pfsens access internet

Hello I have hosting machine with Debian and use VPN on it
The Pfsens are in virtual box
Network
Adapter 1 : nat
Adapter 2 : internal network

I can accès to Pfsens with windows vm in internal network but Pfsens don’t connect to internet also windows

I need help to sold this issue
