Help me setup my Nativescript environment on Mac M1

I need someone to help me with installing and fixing issues that I am having to get my nativescript ios environment up and running on Mac (Bis Sur) M1 processor. I have done everythings as per the required instructions : https://docs.nativescript.org/environment-setup.html#macos-ios but when I do tns run ios I keep getting Cocoapods are not installed and cofigured and would not build. I have tried setting up the Terminal to run as Rossetta as well but no avail.
