Help setting up WHS/Cpanel on Lightsail

Hi there, I'm embarking on a new project and am looking for help to ensure the setup goes smoothly. I'm using a Linux operating system for the Lightsail instance, but I'm not sure if I need a full WHS/Cpanel setup or just a specific configuration. Additionally, I have existing data that needs to be migrated to the new setup, so I'm looking for help on that front as well.
